1. Vehicle downtime due to the Client's fault

In case of damage to or injury to the vehicle, including an accident due to the Client's fault —

2. Damage to the vehicle's appearance

Unauthorized application of stickers, removal of the Contractor's trademark, or other damage to the vehicle's appearance —

3. Tracker deactivation

Unauthorized deactivation of the tracker in the vehicle —

4. Failure to provide documents

Failure to provide or late provision of documents, as well as failure to comply with the requirements stipulated by the agreement —

5. Transfer of control to a third party

Transfer of control of the vehicle to a third party —

6. Driving while intoxicated

Driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, toxic substances, or other substances Intoxication, as well as transferring control of a vehicle to a person while intoxicated —

7. Commercial Use of a Vehicle

Using a vehicle for entrepreneurial or other commercial activities in violation of the terms of the contract —

Dirtying the vehicle inside or outside, leaving trash —

14. Dirtying Seats and Upholstery

Damaging or heavily soiling the seats and upholstery —

15. Smoking and Drinking Alcohol/Drugs in the Vehicle
